As Director of Relationship Management, Tania fosters strong collaborative relationships with both clients and job seeker candidates for Graham Inc. Tania joined Graham Staffing in February 2018 as a Recruiting Specialist focusing on Florida and Georgia; she soon added Graham Interpreting as a Sign Language provider in every Florida county’s Vocational Rehab department. Having run her own business previously, Tania understands the importance of finding qualified talent for client needs, whether those be for Sign Language assignments or other professional positions. Tania strives every day to assist businesses and government agencies to find the right person to join their team. Tania believes it’s important to understand an organization’s goals in order to find great workers. She also speaks Spanish fluently and utilizes her skills to cultivate relationships both with companies and job seekers. As a mother of a child with intellectual and developmental delays, Tania knows first-hand the benefit using American Sign Language as a child’s first language when communication is just starting to develop. She is a proud and loving mother of two adult children, a son and daughter, who are her pride and joy, alongside her dogs and chickens.
Tania attended Seattle University and received her MBA with an emphasis in Finance. Her Bachelor’s was in Business Administration with a concentration on Accounting and Finance.
